Using Canva for graphics & stories

Before we start, we’re going to have a quick look at visual hierarchy, and how our eyes move around an image.

Exercise 1: make a simple design using Canva for reading on a mobile. You may use the desktop app, but make sure your design is optimised for reading on a mobile screen (on WordPress, or on a social media site – Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter).

Exercise 2: take a story in the news and turn it into an infographic.
