In a couple of weeks Live Socials will be collaborating with the Radio and Journalism students as they start publishing articles and broadcasting radio shows.
There are a few things we need to put in place before then.
First let’s finish the Code of Conduct we started last week.
Today we will also start making some Off Campus content!
- How are we going to collaborate with the Radio and Journalism streams?
- File management and naming conventions: how will we find source material and know what it is?
- How will we work with this material to achieve our social media goals?
TASK: As a class, create a content calendar for our social media platforms. Discuss what needs to be on it and how we collaborate when using it.
BRAINSTORM: What can we make right now to promote TAFE Radio and Off Campus? You will be pitching an idea to create a social media post later in class, so keep thinking!
DISCUSSION: How can we capture the radio show and Off Campus website on our social platforms?
TASK: Pitch an idea in class for a social media post to promote TAFE Radio and Off Campus.
